Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a 0 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Payment Methods:
Cash (In Person), certified check, bank wire transfer, or financing. Paypal preferred for deposit only.
Fees and Taxes:
FYI: All vehicles over 10 years old will show exempt mileage on the title, per Texas State Law, no matter the amount of mileage or the condition of the bike. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FOR FULL PAYMENT OF MOTORCYCLES OR ATVS. All buyers are subject to Texas VIT (Vehicle Inventory Tax), .00 temporary tag fee, a 5.00 Documentary Fee, .50 inspection fee. Inventory tax is calculated at .2397% of the sales price. Texas Buyers are required to pay an additional 6.25% sales tax (8.25% on off-road vehicles) and registration/title transfer fee, .00 Title fee, State Fee .75 and .00 Registration.
Buyer pays all shipping costs:
All shipping concerns are the buyer's responsibility and should be recognized before bidding on any vehicle. However, we can and will help set up shipping with our recommended shipping company, but ultimately, all shipping details are the buyer's responsibility.
Fly to pick up:
If you would like to fly into the Dallas/Fort Worth area and drive your new car or motorcycle home, we are located just a short 20 to 30 minute ride from the Dallas Fort Worth Airport. Please notify us once you have made travel arrangements so that we can be prepared for the delivery of your purchase. We prefer to handle deliveries during business hours, but we can be flexible.
Picking up the vehicle yourself:
If you live close and would like to pick your motorcycle up yourself we welcome you to do so on weekdays during the office hours of 9am to 6pm, and on Saturday's from 9am to 4pm.
