32 Manley Performance Hardened Cylinder Head Bolts and Washers 7/16"

Description

Lot of Manley cylinder head bolts.. I am not sure what these fit or if they are new/used.
It is hard to tell if they are used or not, they have a sort of rounding on the sharp edges of the hex but it seems like they may have been ground/finished this way, so I am going to go with Used to be on the safe side.. Not sure though. I know that I never personally used them!
I do know the washers are new in the bag since that is sealed. The others are in open bags..
There are 8 Long, 16 Medium, 8 Short.
Looking at the Manley Website, it seems the closest dimensions they list for them are 5.2", 4.210" and 2.1" measured from under the underside of the top to the end. They are 7/16"-14 thread
