    Genuine Hesston National Finals Rodeo 1985 Fred Fellows Belt Buckle.  This was my wife's back from her cutting horse days.  I don't know if it was ever attached to a belt so I can't say that it is new but it looks to be in excellent condition.
    The writing on the back is hard to read in the photo .
