We have refurbished hundreds of these Mercury Optimax  Air and fuel injectors!.
We use the latest model of the  ASNU Classic GDI injector flow test bench .
This service is for basic flow test evaluation and report. This is a diagnostic test. Cleaning and refurbishing available at additional cost.
We will install your injectors ( minimum of 4 injectors) on out ASNU flow bench and perform a complete evaluation.
We will test dynamic resistance to insure electrical integrity .
Check spray pattern
Check flow volume
Prepare a computerized report of the results.
Our price for this service is .00 per injector. When purchasing insert the number of injectors being sent in the quantity box. ( minumum 4 injectors)

We recommend that enclose a good day time phone number and e-mail contact to we may discuss your concerns or any performance problem you are having.
1) Remove the injectors from your engine and be sure that there is no gasoline in them.
2) Individually place them in plastic bags so fuel vapor will not escape.
3) If you have concerns about performance of a particular injector number the bag with the cylinder # it was removed from.
4) Ship the injectors to us at the address below. We usually return the injectors to you withing 24 to 48 hours of receiving them .If using USPS we recommend sending " signature required"
